Welcome to the Helios Nudist Association

We’re celebrating our 50th year of nudism in Alberta.

Helios is sorry to announce that at this time we are no longer accepting any new members or any new visitors without current nudist affiliations.

We are only able at this time to accommodate guests and family of current members, and people who are current affiliates of other clubs, AANR, or FCN.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Nude recreation is a great way to unwind and get back to basics.

Without clothes, we tend to rely on personalities to make a statement and accept others for who they are, rather than what they might be wearing, or what their “station” in life might be.

Some say that when they shed their clothes, they also shed the stress of their busy lives.

Our philosophy is much more than just taking your clothes off.

It is about respect for self, for others and for nature. It is about being more natural. But clearly nudity is a critical tool that we use to achieve those goals.

In 1974, the INF defined naturism as:

A lifestyle in harmony with nature, expressed through personal and social nudity, and characterised by self-respect of people with different opinions and of the environment.

If you share any of these ideals with us, why not contact us and come out for a visit? You never know, you might find our lifestyle matches up with yours…
